Registered Tour Operator
Tour operators and travel agencies in France are required, by law, to be registered and are only insured to make reservations for you if they are registered. Gourmet Touring's registration number is IM033100063.

We recommend that you take out your own personal holiday insurance cover for medical and personal emergencies. We can provide this, but is not a stipulation within our booking conditions.

Payment Protection Policy cover: Protection of your holiday payments is guaranteed by the Association Professionnelle de Solidarité du Tourisme (APST) of 15 Avenue Carnot 75017 Paris France. In the unlikely event of financial failure of Gourmet Touring SARL, worldwide customers' prepayments of non-flight inclusive packages will be reimbursed, subject to the terms and conditions of the APST policy. Their guarantee satisfies the regulations of the French code of Tourism L141-2. APST is regulated under the July 1, 1901 law of France of collective guarantees delivered under part II of the French code of Tourism.
