Gourmet Touring Ltd was formed in 2003 by John & Siân Mears. Their passion for food and wine, combined with their meticulous attention to detail in impartially reviewing and reporting places of interest to visitors of the Bordeaux region, is the corner stone of GT’s success.

John & Siân, live permanently in the Bordeaux region and still manage all key elements of the business. They personally research every recommended restaurant, vineyard and cultural attraction and take responsibility for ensuring that every client gets the most from their holiday, by individually tailoring each client’s itinerary.

All guests are provided with personalised touring guides in advance of their arrival and everyone benefits from 24 hour support and assistance, for any issue or question, once they are in the region.
